- 2. How long can the customer return the goods?
Our return, exchange &refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- 3. What should we do if our products need to be returned due to our reasons?
If your order has a problem, contact us by email@firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

If you receive your product from us with the above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and a photo of your package and item(s), we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
- 4. Which party is responsible for the freight when the product is returned?
The customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, or wrong.
- 5. How to refund if the customer is not satisfied？
We will check the status of the order and deal with it as soon as possible. In the case of a refund, the payment will be returned to your account according to your payment method.
Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive your refund after 7 days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
